As you can notice, I studied something and doing something else. I have no complaints but I feel that with proper guidance, students can achieve far greater things in life. ProBano helps you with that and I help ProBano use technology to reach students all across India whenever I can and however I can.

I am Kapil Chatkara, a Psychologist with a specialization in Counselling. My area of interest is studying the nature of mind – understanding the human mind as it is and determining its Strengths, Weaknesses, Tendencies, and Inclinations. I have done hundreds of counseling sessions, with more than 5000 hours of experience in counseling diversified into Career, Relationship, Grief, Behavioral, Spiritual, Suicide-Prevention, Consulting, etc. My favorite approaches are Existential & Solution Centered by leveraging my natural style which goes in tandem with CBT (Cognitive Behavior Therapy).
My experience and both psychological training and spiritual grasp of life indisputably teach me that ‘every human being is unique!’. To put it simply, even the identical twins are not identical in their behavior and life path, not even in their fingerprints! Therefore, we as humans should try and identify the skill and area-of-interest that nature has bestowed on us. However, the irony is that everyone agrees that natural skill is a god-gift but in our own idea of quest for survival or so-called rat-race, most of us mistake ‘Uniqueness within Self’ with ‘Exclusivity of Self (over others)’, in other words, ‘knowing the maximum potential of self’ v/s ‘competing for success of self (over others)’. My own natural skill is in exploring and unraveling the natural abilities of the individuals so as to empower the human mind for conscious decision making, clear-the-air, bring clarity in individuals, understand self better for better future, etc. which in turn helps in different stages of life whether it is about making better career choices, making relationships better, overcoming loss or addictive behavior and motivating for life.
My wish is to continue to improve myself in different spheres of life so that every opportunity or situation I encounter in life is dealt gracefully without any fears, insecurities or inhibitions!

As career opportunities are increasing day by day which ultimately affects the choice of a student, when they have hundreds of choices, picking up the most valuable one is difficult. Apart from work, he spends most of his time watching anime, listening to music and playing games.

Varun Chopra is the founder and CEO of TSC Asia and a former pacy winger for the Indian Football Team (Juniors).
He immensely respects the game of football for all it has given to him and its capacity to empower & transform individuals. All the hard lessons that he learned about life were taught to him with a ball at his feet.
His vision, his indomitable spirit and undying love for the sport led him to where he is today. He firmly believes that following one’s passion instills in them a sense of purpose and satisfaction; it uplifts them and makes them more persistent. When one pursues something meaningful, they don’t think about giving up, they are willing to endure all obstacles and keep on pushing forward. As they say, you’ll never have to work a day in your life if you’re doing what you love.

One national crisis that needs urgent attention in India is unemployability. Today, unemployability is perhaps a bigger problem than unemployment. Among others, one major reason for unemployability is a gross mismatch between individual traits and career streams chosen. That’s because traditionally in India, our youth tend to choose their careers hugely influenced by external factors like market demand, peer and parental pressure and job security. Since, on an average, a man or a woman spends approximately 35 years in their respective professions, this mismatch not only leads to a life of average but also leads to immense job dissatisfaction and related stress. At ProBano, we aim to help our youth choose their career path with a judicious mix of self-exploration, technology, and psychometry. We believe that our youth are the best decision makers on their career path. And we believe that this would help them follow their passion, love what they are doing in their careers and lead a life of brilliance.
Aditya is the CEO of ProBano and a passionate Career Guide. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur. While pursuing his studies in Information Technology, he realized that he is not really passionate about it. After asking some of his friends, he got to know that people had made their career choices influenced by societal stereotypes and parents’ unfulfilled dreams since they didn’t have much awareness about different career options available. This fostered the idea of ProBano while he was still in college.
After graduating from college, he started ProBano, working on it full time. It has played a major role in shaping his personality. He is deeply passionate about education and entrepreneurship, and can read and talk about it for really long. He believes in purposefulness and making a positive social impact through his career.
Apart from work, he spends most of his time watching comedy videos on YouTube, listening to music, and watching Bollywood films. He also plans to catch up on some cricket and football matches which he has been missing a lot in the recent days.
